                          All of our products are labeled or marked with their country of origin. Some of our Tundra coolers and all of our LoadOuts are manufactured in the U.S. and are designated as such.

                          WHAT IS PROPOSITION 65 AND HOW DOES IT RELATE TO YETI?

                          In 1986, California voters approved an initiative to address growing concerns about exposure to certain chemicals, which requires businesses to notify Californians about significant amounts of chemicals in products.                           LIMITED WARRANTY

                          We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all YETI products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.

                          If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. We unfortunately cannot replace customised marks at the current time. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

                          We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

                          HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

                          • Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting our Outfitter Team. An Outfitter on our warranty team will respond back within 2-3 business days following a review of your request.
                          • If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorisation number (RMA#) and a pre-paid shipping label. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records. Products must be returned directly to YETI in adequate cardboard packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt and the RMA# must be included with the product.
                          • When the product has arrived back at YETI, the replacement product will be sent to you.

                          This warranty does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.

                          • What Does Rotomolded Mean?

                            Rotomolding is a plastic-forming process that produces extremely durable, hollow, single-piece molds. It’s similar to how high-grade polyethylene whitewater kayaks are made.

                          • How Tough Are Tundra Hard Coolers?

                            Our rotomolded coolers are stronger than this grizzly and this guy. They also survived battles with a slingshot, so we’d say pretty damn tough.

                          • Will It Also Keep My Hot Items Hot?

                            Yes. In fact, our pitmasters use them to hold hot, fresh barbecue. The same insulation and thick walls that keep the cooler cold also keep the heat.

                          • Are There Replacement Parts?

                          • Where Can I Take My Cooler With Wheels?

                            These wheels can take on rocky paths, gravel trails, and splintered marine docks. But, while the wheels can stand up to sand, you may have trouble rolling over this type of soft terrain.

                          • Will It Leave Marks On My Floors?

                            No need to worry. The non-marring tires shouldn’t leave marks during normal use.

                          • Is It Easy To Clean?

                            Yes. We recommend using soap and warm water. If you need a heavy-duty cleaning, use a 6:1 solution of warm water and bleach with a sponge or mildly abrasive rag.

                          • Can I Use Dry Ice?
